The responsibilities as Officers described under the Constitution of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America.
Amanda Phillips
President & Delegate
Presides over all meetings, preserves order and enforces the Constitution and Laws of the UBC.
Matt Price
Vice President & Delegate
Assists the President in the discharge of official duties and performs duties of President in their absence.
Ryan Boudreau
Recording Secretary & Delegate
Keeps minutes of each meeting, prepares official communications, reads and preserves all documents and correspondence.
Mark Stephens
Financial Secretary & Delegate
Oversees office operations, establishes and maintains the budget, tracks all expenditures.
Claire Boeke
Treasurer & Delegate
Reports on monthly financials at union meetings, reviews, and deposits income into Credit Union.
Matt Sowell
Conductor & Delegate
Signs in new apprentices for initiation and provides President a list of all new initiations.
Kevin Ealain
Warden & Delegate
Takes charge of the door only allowing members to enter and attend union meetings.
Jim Leuthner
Trustee, Delegate & PAC Treasurer
Reviews financials, responsible for the overall financial stability of the local. Ensures all receipts are accounted for and expenditures abide by local policies.

REGIONAL COUNCIL DELEGATES
Meet the Local 322 Delegates that represent Local 322 membership at Regional Council quarterly meetings. A Council Delegate is a leader and role model. They help to educate, motivate and inspire their fellow members. These Delegate terms began July 2022 and will be up for re-election in June 2025. They each serve on a Committee whether its political, organizing, new member education, member involvement, industrial or financial oversight.
